Exhibition Introduction
Birmingham International Autumn Consumer Goods Fair was founded in 1956, and was first held in Birmingham International Convention and Exhibition Center in 1976, with Queen Elizabeth II attending the opening ceremony. The exhibition is held twice a year in spring and fall, is one of the world's four major consumer goods exhibitions, is the most influential crafts and consumer goods professional exhibitions in the United Kingdom, the scale and influence of the exhibition in the global consumer goods exhibitions ranked second.
In the fall of 2023, the exhibition area exceeded 50,000 square meters, welcoming more than 900 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and 25,000 professional visitors and buyers, including more than 70 Chinese exhibitors from Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hebei and other places. On the second day of the exhibition senior officials from both China and the UK attended the opening ceremony of Zhejiang (Jiaxing) Famous Bags & Footwear (Birmingham, UK) to launch a new trade partnership in the International Sourcing Area. The exhibition was held concurrently with the Birmingham International Footwear, Bags and Accessories Fair (MODA), which is renowned as the “No.1 Footwear, Bags and Accessories Fair in the UK”, creating a wider range of comprehensive fashion exhibitions and trade platforms. 2024 exhibition is planned to display four major exhibition zones: Home, Gifts, MODA and Multinational Sourcing; covering five exhibition halls, five exhibition halls, and four exhibition areas. The 2024 show plans to exhibit four zones: Home, Gifts, MODA, and Multinational Sourcing; covering 12 major product segments in five halls.

From June 13 to June 16, 2024, the 2024 China Branded Goods (Central and Eastern Europe) Exhibition was held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

China Brand Commodities (CEE) 2024 is organized by the Bureau of Foreign Trade Development Affairs of the Ministry of Commerce of China and hosted by the China-Europe Business and Logistics Cooperation Park (CELCP).
Exhibition Scale
Nearly 8,000 professional buyers from Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia and other Central and Eastern European countries were present during this exhibition. More than 270 enterprises from 10 provinces and cities in China, including Shandong, Shanxi, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Gansu, Jiangxi, Fujian, Jilin, Anhui, etc., participated in the exhibition, with a total exhibition area of 10,000 square meters. The exhibits covered six categories, including electromechanical products, hardware and building materials, new energy, light industrial products, textiles and garments, and agricultural products, among which the proportion of electromechanical products, such as machinery and equipment, electrical equipment and parts, which are suitable for the local market and the hotspots of China-Hungary trade, reached 50%. The exhibition lasted for three days, and the exhibits covered six major categories: mechanical and electrical products, hardware and building materials, new energy, light industrial products, textiles and garments, and agricultural products. Among them, mechanical and electrical products such as machinery and equipment, electrical equipment and parts accounted for 50%. Nearly 8,000 professional buyers from Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia and other Central and Eastern European countries were present during the exhibition. According to the statistics of China-EU Trade and Logistics Cooperation Park, the on-site turnover of the exhibition reached 19.8 million U.S. dollars, and the intentional turnover reached 86.46 million U.S. dollars.
